Corsair Memory announced their latest Corsair Flash Readout USB drive. It features a Bi-stable Cholesteric Display (BCD) showing data usage, availability and allowing for personalized ID or labeling. It is available in 1GB and 2GB memory storage, the device can display 11 characters of personalized ID, 4 digit detail free space in megabytes, pie chart for indicating disk space usage. Flash Readout drives are High Speed USB 2.0 and backwards compatible with USB 1.1, include a USB extension cable and lanyard. Flash Readout achieves fast read and write speeds of 20MB/s and 7MB/s respectively. The CMFUSBREADOUT-1GB and CMFUSBREADOUT-2GB are available at Corsair online with the retail price of USD39.99 and USD59.99 which come with 10 year warranty.
