cgps-5se4.jpgGPS receivers are big Biz these days and that explains why companies everywhere are scrambling to produce them for the mass market. Recently a Chinese company called Fuzhou Victory Technology unveiled a Bluetooth GPS receiver small enough to fit in your pocket. Aptly named the Columbus V-700, this extremely stylish GPS can connect to 20 satellites and has a accuracy within 1.5 meters.

The Columbus V-700 weighs just about 33 grams and has 53.5×32.5×13.9mm dimensions ( mmm who says size matters?). The receiver rate has a frequency of 1575.42MHz (L1 wave band) and the receiver sensitivity is around -159dBm. The Columbus V-700 has all the makings of a great GPS device, pity there is no US release date.
