A new multimedia player is on the block and it’s safe to say its one of those non-iPod killers. The Cavalry CAPP06 Pocket Multimedia Player is just 16 mm thick and is able to play formats like MP3, MPEG-2 and MPEG 4 movies. One cool feature is that it is able to record audio and videos and there is a FM tuner too. The 512 MB internal memory at best is mediocre however you can expand it till 4GB. For viewing pleasure there is a 2.5-inch LCD with 960x240 pixels (dude what did you expect? It’s a pocket player rem!). The AV recorder lets you capture images at 30 frames per second at 640x480 and the player comes with a kickstand and mini-speakers. This pocket player can be yours for $120 which is pretty cheap!
