The WS256N is based on Spansion's award-winning MirrorBit technology.

The two models are G'zOne and A5512CA, now available in Japan, that come with 80 MHz versions of the WS256N. According to Spansion, the new handsets showcase the powerful multimedia features that can be realized with increased performance and code storage capacity.
