Casio Exilim EX-Z1000 Digital Camera
Casio has a new Exilim in line for you: the Casio Exilim EX-Z1000 improves upon the previous versions of the camera, now offering 10.1 megapixels and a bigger 2.8" wide-screen preview LCD. The LCD's USP is that it's very bright - at 1200 cd per square meter. It also features a new Exilim engine.
The now-standard anti-shake DSP makes an appearance here, helping novices take better photos - no blurring will be seen due to camera or subject movement. The Auto Macro function is another useful feature, with the EX-Z1000 offering a focussing range between 6 to 50 cm. With a shutter speed of 0.002 seconds, you can easily shoot fast-moving subjects.
The Casio Exilim EX-Z1000 provides for a 9-point multi auto-focus function - that is, the camera measures the distance from the motif at nine different points to set the right focusing range. With PictBridge, you can quickly print photos on a compatible printer without having to transfer images to a PC.
Made of high-grade stainless steel casing, the EX-Z1000 is a robust little baby. Consumers can look forward to the Super Life Battery, allowing you to take up to 360 shots in a single full charge. With a zoom of up to 17.1x (3x optical), get the best possible shots of your favorite football players this World Cup.
