CSR.jpgCSR a well known manufacturer of Bluetooth technology today announced its new plans for the renowned BlueGGBlu stereo bluetooth headset which now features BlueCore3-Multimedia for a whole new multimedia experience. The latest addition of GGBLu will also now act as a wireless headset with music streaming capabilities and has a feature for hands free calling while charging. If this wasn’t enough it also has a HCI dongle for file transfer from a non-Bluetooth-enabled computer.

The handset which was launched at the CeBIT 2006 runs on the low-power BlueCore3-MM architecture and promises 13 hours of music playback from only a 70 minute charge. It also sports a highly innovative and eye catching design and was even awarded the CEBIT 2006 Design and Innovation Award. It has the capacity to pair with eight Bluetooth devices and maintain a synchronized link with both a stereo audio source. It has the DSP technology for high quality audio and to support formats like MP3, WMA and AAC. No word on pricing or availability.
