Bell Canada has posted up a picture and specifications for the BlackBerry 7130e - the first EV-DO capable BlackBerry from RIM. The phone is being sold on their business to business website and has the following features:

  • 1xEV-DO network-enabled
  • Full BlackBerry™ functionality in a cellphone
  • E-mail, phone, browser, text messaging and calendar applications
  • Bluetooth® support for hands-free voice communications
  • 64 MB flash memory plus 16 MB SRAM for application and data storage
  • Easy-to-use navigation trackwheel and intuitive menu interface
  • Large, high-resolution LCD screen (240x260 pixels) supporting over 65,000 colors

    The 7130e uses the BlackBerry Device Software version 4.1 and has a size of 117.4 mm x 56.3 mm x 22.6 mm while weighing 133g. The phone supports 800/1900 MHz CDMA2000 1X Networks.
