RELM Wireless Corporation, a company known for its two way communications equipment just unveiled a high end APCO Project 25 digital portable radio for field command and coordination tasks, the BK Radio DPH-CMD. This new Digital Portable Radio promises to be a godsend when it comes to public safety operations and disaster management. The DPH-CMD has been designed to make use of 500 channels, with 25 user groups of 20 channels per group and is also compliant with MIL-STD 810 C/D/E military specifications.
