Bejeweled2, Zuma, and Bookworm Games For Ultra-Mobile PCs
PopCap Games who have developed and published casual games for the internet and mobiles, have today announced their deal with Microsoft where they will develop games for Microsoft‘s much anticipated Ultra-Mobile PCs. The games to be developed for UMPC include Bejeweled2, Zuma, and Bookworm. These tiles are already on display at the Mecca of technology, the CeBIT 2006.
PopCap games will install the trial version of the games onto the UMPCs and customers can purchase the game for full access via MSN games online portal. Both companies feel that their partnership is perfect as these games are best suited for the casual gamers and expect them to be a runaway hit. Both Bejeweled 2 and Zuma have been played by an estimated 75 million users and now get a whole new platform.
