Averatec 4100 Laptop using AMD Turion 64 processor launched
The 4100 series will weigh 4.7 lbs and will also have a 1 inch profile while utilizing one of today's most powerful processors - the AMD Turion 64. With the Turion 64, you can now have a mobile processor capable of running both 32 bit and 64 bit operating systems.
Other cool features on the 4100 include: Advanced Power Management Tools, Bluetooth compatibility, 512MB of RAM, 80GB HDD, Multi-format DVD burner, integrated 4-in-1 media reader, Wireless support, and Windows XP Home Edition.
The 4100 notebook is available in Opal Midnight at retailers BestBuy.com, Costco.com and Circuit City. It is also available through Averatec's distribution partners D&H, Ingram Micro and Tech Data and can be purchased through the Averatec Web site. The 4100 Series is backed by a one-year limited warranty (six months for the battery) and one-year, toll-free technical support available 24/7.
