With the new 12-inch widescreen 2200 Series which includes models like the Averatec 2225-EH1, the 2260-EH1, the 2260-EK1 and the 2260-EY1 it continues its foray. Lets start with the Averatec 2225-EH1 which is powered by the Mobile AMD Sempron ™ 3300+ (2.0GHz) processor and is packed with features to ensure high end functionality and performance. This model by Averatec is priced at $949.99 and is now available.
Then there is the Averatec 2260-EK1 Notebook which has a number of features which are also found on the 2260-EH1. However it is the 1GB DDR which makes it stand apart from its siblings. Thus thanks to this, the notebook would be ideal for high end usage and will makes multitasking a breeze. The notebook is also powered by the AMD Turion™ 64 MT-32 (1.8GHz) processor and includes a 12.1†WXGA+ LCD with AveraBrite. It has a dual Layer DVD Burner and uses Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional as its operating system. It has an expandable HD of 80 GB and carries a price tag of $1,079.99.
Last but definitely not the least in the 2200 series is the Averatec 2260-EY1 Notebook Computer which with its rich features appears to be a powerhouse of a performer. With this model the possibilities are limitless and accessing multimedia content is extremely fun. It is powered on the AMD Turion 64 MT-32 (1.8GHz) processor and boast of a whopping 1GB of RAM and 100 GB of hard disk. Flawless Display is guaranteed thanks to the 12.1 WXGA+ LCD with AveraBrite technology. It includes a Dual Layer DVD Burner and an 802.11g wireless card. The notebook comes with Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition as its operating system and is available for a price of $999.99.
