autotxt.jpg"If you want to steal my car, you'll need to steal my phone too!"

That's what users might say when they have a product called Auto-txt installed in their car. Of course no one in there right mind will say that, but you get my point. Auto-txt by Richmond Design & Marketing in the UK is smart enough to identify if a car is stolen based on the presence of the owner's mobile phone. Using wireless technology police can also track down a stolen vehicle and prevent it from restarting once turned off.

The product is currently still being developed further but users can already purchase a working version (version 8) of the product. Auto-txt costs £279 for the standard tracking system and £349 for the remote disabling feature. For more info you can visit their website at Auto-Txt.com.
