featureditunesdownload20060912.jpgiTunes is finally experimenting with more genres of music and now Apple has announced the iTunes(R) Latino, a section within the US iTunes . iTunes Latino would feature an extensive collection of the latest Latin tracks and would also feature songs by upcoming singers.

One will also come across Latin-music inspired genres like Regional Mexicano, Rock Alternativo, Baladas y Boleros, Pop Latino, Reggaeton and Hip-Hop and have songs and albums from top-selling Latino musicians like David Bisbal, Daddy Yankee, Aterciopelados, Marco Antonio Solis, Paulina Rubio, Mana, Cafe Tacuba etc. So if you groove to Latin Music then you ca download it free from the iTunes site. Each song is priced at $0.99 (US) each and TV shows are priced at $1.99 (US) each.

"We're thrilled to offer customers their favorite Latin music and video programming with iTunes Latino," said Eddy Cue, Apple's vice president of iTunes. "Latin music has been a huge hit on iTunes and now we're bringing music fans even more of what they love in a dedicated area on the iTunes Store."
