iphone-shot1-400.jpgA couple of days ago we gave you the news on the supposed Apple iPod Phone called the iPhone. Now looks like that the rumors been laid to rest as insiders in BenQ have confirmed talks between apple and a couple of Taiwanese phone manufacturers in the past few months. BenQ further claims that even they were involved in the initial talks but things didn’t work out with Apple ,thus they wont have any involvement in the iPhone.
According to a Mac rumor site an JP Morgan insider claims Apple is working on "an iPod with phone functions" and is shopping around for a electronics manufacturer”

Though Apple is making no comments the iPhone in all likelihood may finally see the light of the day in the next 12 months. We will keep you updated.
