Here's a MobileWhack exclusive: we have just received an anonymous tip that Samsung will be launching AnyFilms.net, heralding a new era in filmdom - that of producing films targeted for cell phone users.

There are two sections on the site right now, one called Ubiquitous Films apparently produced by young Hollywood filmmakers that you can download onto a cell phone for viewing. The other is called Interactive Films where users can change the story line and solve puzzles. Quite frankly, I think the interactive one will be a hit with users.

Films from directors Alex Merkin and Mark Dippe are available as of now for download. A very cool attempt by Samsung to change the way a film is consumed by viewers.
