Alienware Aurora m7700Alienware is introducing the new Alienware Aurora m7700 mobile system - the first Alienware mobile system to use the AMD Athlon 64 FX and AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core processors. The m7700 is designed for people who want portability but don't want to sacrifice performance either. This is truly a portable desktop system when you consider the use of the powerful X2 dual core processor.

Using the Athlon 64 processor (in both variants) means that your notebook will be compatible with both 32 bit and 64 bit OS's - particularly from Microsoft. If you choose to install Windows XP 64, you will be able to run 32 bit and 64 bit applications simultaneously on the same portable system.

The m7700 is feature packed coming with:

  • NVIDIA's latest graphics technology (gEforce Go 7800 GTX)
  • 17 inch widescreen LCD with ClearView technology
  • Dual hard drive configurations with RAID 0 or 1
  • CD-RW/DVD or DVD R/W optical drive configurations

The m7700 is ideal for all sorts of situations ranging from the high end gamers to the creative professionals who need super fast equipment. With built in RAID performance, expect desktop hard drive performance on a portable system! Check out the Product page for additional information.
