Airis has two new navigation handhelds ready to hit the market: the T610 and T620. These two handhelds have a lot in common. They both have memory of 64 MB and 128 MB flash ROM, as well as a SiRFStarIII GPS module.

Both of them have Windows Mobile 5.0 and run on Samsung 2440 400 MHz processors. They also have 3.5 inch QVGA touchscreen LCD, as well as expansion slots for both SD and MMC cards. The only difference seems to be that the T620 has an integrated 802.11 b/g module.

Both should be out right about now, and I’m sure the T620 is probably the more expensive of the two.
