Acer unveiled the new TravelMate 8210, a Windows Vista-ready laptop boasting Intel Centrino Duo mobile technology, allowing it to use the Core 2 Duo processor. The 8210 features, among other nice things, an ATI Mobility Radeon X1600 with up to 256MB of GDDR3 video memory.

Increase your productivity with the big 15.4" widescreen display capable of WSXGA+ resolutions. The included Acer GridVista lets you organize windows to get the big picture. With QuicCharge technology, Acer ensures us that the laptop's battery can be charged to 80% in just one hour.

You can go up to 160GB SATA hard drive on the TravelMate 8210. A panel-mounted Acer OrbiCam, a 1.3 megapixel CMOS camera, is available. You can choose to make it a complete solution by opting for the Acer Bluetooth VoIP phone.

The laptop is housed in a stylish body with carbon-fiber cover. Acer's DASP (Disk Anti-Shock Protection) and GraviSense ensure your hard drive's data integrity in case of a drop or other shocks. An 8X DVD-Super Multi optical drive takes care of your backup and multimedia needs.
