    A True Video iPod?

New iPod VideoWe at Mobilewhack sing a mantra whenever we hear a good rumor. It goes "Rumor rumor on the wall, which is the true one of them all." We had to say it again today once we heard the rumor about a "True Video iPod." This new device, we heard, will have a 3.5-inch screen in place of the current 2.5-inch one. That's certainly the way to go if you want to see videos. The display will cover the entire front face of the device.

If yours thumbs are sore from operating the clickwheel all day long, I have some good news for you. The True Video iPod will have a digital clickwheel which will magically appear on the touch screen as your finger approaches and then disappear once you pull your finger away. How's that for a dream tonight?

Cross your fingers. This product is expected to be unveiled sometime in April 2006.
