Sprint Nextel, which offers a comprehensive range of communications services bringing mobility to consumer, today launched Samsung SPH-A420 cell phone on Sprint. This new phone from Samsung is another clamshlel design which includes some basic funtionality. This move by Sprint is aimed at customers who are looking for a cheap and decent phone along with the network connection. The Samsung SPH-420 is an entry level phone featuring a clam-shell design and measuring just around 3.4 x 1.7 x 0.9 inches (86 x 43 x 23mm), it includes a 65k color LCD screen, built-in speakerphone and voice-activated dialing. Sprint is launching this package and this phone will be available for free on the Sprint PCS website for a two-year contract.
