ASUS-Lamborghini VX2 Notebook Series Unveiled
Today ASUSTek Computer Inc. (ASUS) announced the next generation of the ASUS-Lamborghini notebook series - the VX2. The VX2 is based on the latest Intel Centrino Duo Mobile technology and the Windows Vista operating system. This new notebook computer offers new capabilities in security, reliability, and manageability for a powerful computing experience.

The design of the ASUS-Lamborghini VX2 is intended to be reminicent of the Lamborghini spirit, but with the incorporation of innovative materials and details this notebook looks, feels, and runs like a supercar. The notebook uses the signature Lamborghini colors of yellow and black. Each is cast with aluminum-magnesium alloy and carbon fiber, and utilizes a special mirror painting surface on the LCD cover, which gives the notebooks an automobile finish while also enhancing the toughness of the cover.
Opening up the notebook, users are again treated to the ultimate Lamborghini experience. It features a metallic keyboard and leather bound palm rest, complete with the yellow stiching you would find on a car's interior. The notebook's screen is a glare type LDC display. Speakers are on the sides of the keyboard, and the fan lid of the notebook is located on the back, and adopts the wheel rim concept.
