LG, today announced its new 3G clamshell phone, LG u890 cell phone. Building on the success of u880, the u890 boasts of all the same features to its predecessor and it also features a much more stylish design and feel. With a smooth metal finishing and an etched diamond like cut metallic keypad, the u890 is certainly for those who are a bit obsessive about looks and also not ready to compromise on either quality or features.

Featuring an astonishing 256K colour screen TFT display, the u890 is a 3G phone with fast internet browsing capablities with speeds of up 384 kps. It includes an integrated music player, that can play your favourite music, in the most popular formats. Apart from that, the phone features a 1.3 MegaPixel camera with digital zoon capablities and integrated flash.

On the connectivity side, it features a bluetooth wireless technology, which attributes for quick and easy data transmission. Also provided is the USB port through which users Connect their handset to a PC via the handsets USB port. Also u890 has expandable memory in the form of a Trans Flash card slot, so you can store a number of pictures and video clips, as well as store all you contact numbers ring tones and screen savers.
