Reliance Communications has started offering GSM services in Delhi, targeting over 3 million subscribers. Among the services include pre-paid GSM connections with lifetime validity that includes cost of the SIM card and talktime packages.
And till 31 March, 2009, the subscriber will get double value for the amount of top-up that he gets done. RCom has a CDMA subscriber base of 3.1 million in the Delhi circle and is targeting the target group with an average monthly spend of Rs 150-200 on mobile phone bills. The company will also offer bundled services in the coming months.
