Qualcomm’s color e-reader ready to rock the world?

Okay, does Qualcomm now have the first full-color e-reader?

Watch the video, and you’ll see that director of marketing talk about its low power consumption, brilliant colors with Biomimetics. I believe that this is the word used on the vid, and it is “the process of understanding and applying biological principles to human designs. [Citation Needed]. (Yeah, you can tell where I sourced that from.)

In short, this 5.7 inch Mirasol device is well on its way to making history. I believe that this will be out in the Fall of 2010, so it stands to reason that this could change everything during the holidays as far as e-book readers are concerned.
