Psystar/Apple war comes to an end, Apple deemed victorBy Jeff Baker - 12/17/2009 4:43:36 PM |

If you’ve been to any technology blog within the recent past you’ll know that Psystar and Apple have been waging an ongoing legal battle for some time now. You know, Psystar is shipping computers with Mac OS X on them, Apple isn’t pleased, etc.
Well, a Californian judge recently gave Psystar the smack down; they are no longer allowed to distribute OS X or help the general public circumvent Apple’s hardware locks on the software.
So that’s it, looks like Psystar will be shutting their doors once and for. That is, unless they come up with a business model that doesn’t blatantly break copyright laws.
