Ricoh BP20/BP20N Laser Printer

Ricoh Corporation announced two top-end B&W laser printers from their stable - the Ricoh BP20 and Ricoh BP20N. Capable of printing anything from index cards to legal-size pages, the BP20/BP20N comes with a 250-sheet paper tray. The BP20, aimed at home office users, comes with parallel and USB 2.0 interfaces and is compatible with a Windows-based computer, while the BP20N comes attached with a 10/100BaseTX Ethernet card to allow multiple users to use the printer. With a warm-up time of less than 40 seconds, the BP20/BP20N are capable of speeds up to 20 pages per minute. Both the printers use PCL6 and are compatible with almost all flavors of Windows. The BP20N supports TCP/IP printing. While the standard printer memory is 32 MB, it can be expanded up to 128 MB. Duty cycle is in the range of 30,000 per month.
