PriceGrabber has conducted an online survey on 3,066 people. When asked if they would buy an iPhone 42% answered they were interested. 4% already own an iPhone, but does that mean they will not upgrade to the 3G version? And 54% answered they aren’t interested in acquiring an iPhone in the future.

PriceGrabber’s study was conducted before the WWDC, between May 20th and June 5th. Just like iSHARE’s study we have presented earlier. Why did people say ‘No!’ to the iPhone? Out of those 54%, 41% said it was too expensive while 22% didn’t want to subscribe to AT&T to get it.

Well I’d like to see results for a survey completed after the WWDC. With all the details out in the open people might change their mind about Apple. Either way that is. Some people will be impressed by the lower cost while others will certainly decide to wait for iPhone 3 to bring everything else they were expecting for.

When asked about features, the finger navigation was chosen as best feature, followed by built in applications and internet browsing. Guess who placed last? iPhone’s music and video playback.
