At Best Buy, in fact. You can start the pre-order process today, and get it on the launch day on July 15. This would be another major phone that Best Buy is selling from their outlet. The others are the iPhone 4 and the Sprint HTC EVO 4G.

Best Buy is planning on charging $199 per Droid X phone, but you have to be eligible for upgrade sometime between now and December 31, 2010 to get that price.
