ustwo is a company from the UK that has been releasing a few interesting applications for the iPhone, and the latest one is called PositionApp.

The PositionApp is currently free for the next two months thanks to a AdMob being the sponsor, but it will cost $7 once the sponsoring ends. The main function of the PositionApp is to deliver information about the top 300 applications at the Apple App Store. The information includes details related to ranking of the apps, as well as the country where it has been downloaded.

Since the information is scrapped from iTunes, you can bet it is 100% correct.
