This is PlayOn, which has finally made an HTML5 Web app that can allow Hulu (without Hulu Plus) and Netflix to the iPod Touch and iPhone.

Oh yes, all of your wildest dreams have come true. Apparently, the app’s speed is good, and you will need a Windows PC with a PlayOn subscription

I don’t seem to have a price on this App yet.
