Play Video Games Using Mind Control
Emotiv Solutions debutes their Project Epoc System, which was revealed at the Game Developers Conference in San Fransico. It is a mind-computer interface headset that has the ability to read the human brains electric signals. The headset can also process users conscious and unconscious emotions. Aimed at enhancing the realism for gaming, it is possible for gamers to control and manipulate the virtual world in a video game with their thoughts and emotions. For example objects in a game can controlled and manipulated with actions such as pulling flipping rotating, etc. Emotiv says their system will also be developed for other fields including security, market research and medicine.
