This Xenium X510 is another phone with a dual SIM from Philips, and will probably launch in China and Russia.

The X510 also includes a 3.1-inch QVGA touchscreen display, Bluetooth, E-mail, handwriting recognition, microSD card support, 2 Megapixel camera, as well as dual-ban GSM connectivity.
