Phone drops service (AT&T) for no reason. Hard to work the touch screen, tap on one item and another comes up. Would not recommend this unit to anyone. Dell will not do anything as they have a 21 day return policy. Most companies have a 30 day money back guarantee. Be careful before you purchase this unit.
