Pay With Your Mobile Phone -- Mocapay

Okay, so it's not the first to launch a similar service for mobile phones. Still, it deserves a mention. Mocapay lets one pay without cash or card at all. Anyone who's subscribed to Mocapay has to do is to look for stores which display the Mocapay logo, text their four-digit pin to Mocapay, wait for the transaction number and balance to arrive via SMS message and present this transaction number to the Mocapay-enabled merchant. As of current, the service is used by a limited number of merchants, most of them located in Boulder and Denver although the list keeps growing as time goes by. As to whether the use of Mocapay will spread nationally in the US, only time will tell.
