Pantech 9050 for AT&T Spotted at FCC, Rumored to Be Called SparrowBy Jeff Baker - 09/22/2010 2:30:11 PM |

Smartphones are all the rage but if you’re looking for something a bit less feature packed, there’s options out there for you too. One such device is the Pantech 9050 which recently showed up at the FCC. This device features a 3.1-inch touchscreen display with a 480 x 800 resolution, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 3 megapixel camera along with Bluetooth and GPS.
Featuring dual-band GSM/WCDMA this device is slated for release on AT&T at a currently unknown date. However, we have word that it won’t be called the Pantech 9050 but instead the Pantech Sparrow if/when it does manage to make its way onto AT&T shelves.
There’s not telling when this will be out or at what price point but we’ll let you know as soon as we do.
