Pandora music service now available on Sprint

sprint_pandora.jpgSprint has launched the online music service Pandora on mobile for the first time. Customers now have the power to dicsover new music and listen to their favorite songs through a personalized DJ on their phone. Using Pandora is pretty easy, just simply enter a song or artist and Pandora will give users a personalized radio station of music that fits the same style and sound within second. Pandora uses the Music Genome Project system, which utilizes highly trained musicians to analyze songs one at a time, to categorize music tracks.

With Seamless integration to the online version, up to 100 stations cant be saved in a user's account. Song information is displayed and can be bookmarked to remind to purchase the song later in the Spint Music Store. Users can also rate songs with a "thumbs up" or "thumbs" down to help Pandora adjust the stations programming.

Pandora is currently available on the LG FUSIC, Samsung A900, Samsung A920, Sanyo 7500, Sanyo 8400. The service will be available for free during a 30-day trial period. After that, an it will cost an additional charge of $2.99 per month with a Power Vision data plan.
