Panasonic LUMIX DMC-FX100 Digital Camera
Panasonic added another model to its LUMIX series of digital cameras with the new LUMIX DMC-FX100, featuring a 12.2 megapixel resolution and 28mm wide-angle lens. The Leica lens offers 3.6x optical zoom, while the 1/1.72" CCD and image stabilization with Mega O.I.S. (Optical Image Stabilization) make it a breeze to shoot photos even in low light conditions.
The DMC-FX100 is equipped with a 2.5" preview LCD. Apart from Mega O.I.S., this camera features Intelligent ISO Control to prevent blurring. The availability of this coupled with a 12.2 megapixel resolution in a point-and-shoot camera is a first of its kind.
A powerful flash part of the camera now reaches subjects up to 16 meters away. A high-speed burst shooting mode lets you capture as many as eight shots per second. The DMC-FX100 can also record 1920x1080 high-definition still photos and 1280 x 720 resolution video at 15 fps.
