Palm Treo 755p Now Available on Verizon

Verizon Wireless has finally sealed the deal with Palm to include the smartphone Palm Treo 755p under its product line up. This handset is already available for Sprint subscribers for more than 6 months.
Designed to meet the strong demand of business professionals to stay connected all the time, Verizon’s Palm Treo 755p supports Microsoft Direct Push technology to access emails and calendars as quick as possible.
Additionally, it is fully equipped with a QWERTY keyboard for easy Web browsing and e-mail, a 1.3 megapixel camera, color touchscreen, and mobile Google Maps. You can view and even edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
It comes in exclusive deep blue-green color and is available online and by phone through 1-800-2 JOIN IN. Palm Treo 755p will be available in Verizon Wireless Communications Stores starting January 7, 2008. Retail price is set at $400 after a $50 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract.
