Although not officially supported by Sprint just yet, Palm Pre data tethering is already possible. The hack is pretty simple if you’re mind is used to terms like SSH, SOCKS, root or proxy. What you have to do is get the Pre in root mode, enable SSH and the configure your browser to connect to your favorite websites through a SOCKS proxy. You should probably know that this kind of playing with the Pre will get Sprint mad so get ready to suffer the consequences of your tethering actions.
