Palm and Airtel Launch Treo 750, First Windows Mobile Treo Smartphone in India

Airtel, India's largest mobile phone and Fixed Network operators, along with Palm Inc. has announced the availability of the Palm Treo 750 smartphone in India. This is the first ever Palm Treo smartphone that Airtel is releasing on its extensive network and it will also be the first Windows Mobile based Treo smartphone to be launched in India.

The Palm Treo 750 smartphone combines a world GSM phone, email, broadband wireless, and Windows Mobile—all with world-renowned Palm ease. It’s capable of 3G for fast data access and comes with Microsoft’s Direct Push Technology for Windows Mobile.
