Apple’s iPhone 3G can withstand most bumps and shocks. You might drop it here and there every now and then. So the smart choice would be getting some kind of protection of some sort. I always thought a case ruins the initial design, no matter what device we’re talking about. But a case is good, especially for eliminating the any scratch risks.
