We had already mentioned the success of Opera Mini when it got close to 40 million people using the application, but now there are even more good news because according to Opera it has passed the mark of 50 million unique monthly users.

In case you are wondering why Opera Mini is such a success as a browser on mobile phones, you should really check it out. The software is already preloaded as the default web browser in many AT&T phones, and will most likely get an iPhone version, so… yeah it’s a hit!
