If you use the Opera browser to surf the Internet on your cellphone, pay attention because there is a new version available.

It was just released today and one of the beta versions is named Opera Mini 5 beta 2, it will only become available to a few specific phones. The other beta versions is Opera Mobile 10 Beta 2 and is available for all the devices that run Windows Mobile or Symbian platforms.

The purpose of these updates is to increase the quality and functionality of the beta models. One interesting addition is the support of Java-based devices for Opera Mini 5 beta 2.
