Check out this new pocket-sized digital voice recorder from Olympus. The VN-4100 series has a large lcd screen and a simple, easy to use navigation pad to allow for easy file management. The onboard memory of 256MB allows for over 144 hours of recording time. For a few more dollars you can get the VN-4100PC, which is basically the same except for its direct PC link to allow transfer of files to save and organize on your computer. A nice feature of the voice recorders is the index marking function, which allows you to jump to a set point of interest in a recording to quickly locate important information. The VN-4100 also features voice activated and timer recording.

With its efficient and easy operation, this is a great voice recorder for business professionals and students. Pricing will be around $39.99 and will be available sometime in April 2007. Pricing for the N-4100PC is expected to be at $59.99 and will be available in May 2007.
