NVIDIA Tegra Smartphone Coming Before the End of the Year?

NVIDIA’s Tegra processor is a fine solution to consider when creating a new smartphone. According to recent rumors one of the top five cell phone manufacturers is going to launch such a smartphone by the end of the year. The rumor is going even further to suggest that AT&T and T-Mobile will pick the phone up and sell it for around $199. So who do you suppose is making the phone? Samsung maybe? Is Motorola going to impress us with a new smartphone? Is it going to be an Android or Windows Mobile device? Any guesses?
