Nvidia Quadro FX 3600M GPU for Laptops and Notebooks
Nvidia announced the new Quadro FX 3600M professional GPU for laptops. Aimed at delivering a new level of graphics performance - whether you are a designer, engineer or scientist - the Quadro FX 3600M GPU boasts 512MB G-DDR3 memory, 256-bit memory interface and is available in an MXM v2.1A type-III form factor for mobile workstation graphics board.
One of the latest notebooks to come equipped with this GPU is the HP Compaq 8710w mobile workstation. This business notebook from HP features Shader Model 4.0 technology on the mobile GPU, giving exceptional graphics performance for CAD, DCC, imaging and other needs.
The Quadro FX 3600M comes with support for OpenGL 2.1, Shader Model 4.0 and DX 10.
