This is the Notion Ink Adam. We’ve reported on it before, with a possible November release.

I believe that it is set for a Q3 launch, but, according to my source, it won’t be submitted to the FCC for certification until November.

You can get it for $498 with WiFi, 3G, GPS, and Tegra 2 system. If you want it for $449, you can remove the 3G or Pixel Qi display. You can also get it as low as $399 if you want to go Wi-Fi only.
