The Nokia X3, a mobile phone many of us may recall that launched in September has gained the nod of the FCC. This phone is not 3G capable but comes armed with an array of features such as a 3.2 megapixel camera, FM radio, stereo speakers, micro SD expansion ports and dedicated music keys. Though there is no word on who among AT&T and T-Mobile will be carrying it, The Nokia X3 will retail for about $169.
