Once you go touchscreen you never go back? Is that true? It would certainly seem so for Nokia. The company is getting ready to launch a new touchscreen handset for China. Baptized the 6208 Classic, the new phone will work on an S40 platform which will offer you both an interesting touchscreen experience and a very useful alphanumeric keypad.
Here’s what we are to expect from the 6208 Classic:
- 109.8mm x 49.3mm x 14.7mm; 120g
- Tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800/1900
- 2.4 inch, 240 x 320 TFT touchscreen display, 16-million colors
- 3.2 megapixel camera w/ autofocus, 4x digital zoom and flash
- 13MB of internal memory
- microSDHC support
We have no prices or availability date yet, but who knows if the phone is going to get out of China anyway?
