All The Latest Cell Phone and Mobile Electronics News

Did you think we would miss any other cell phone action with all the WWDC commotion? Sure the 3G iPhone is good (not great) and better than its predecessor. And there are some phones out there worthy of some attention. I am thinking BlackBerry Thunder for now, but I’d like to imagine that the Touch Diamond or the Instinct from Samsung could be just as good.
What about Nokia, I used to choose Nokia over any other phone. While the WWDC buzz was underway, some one (from Nokia) leaked out these pictures.
The first handset is the N85, which is a dual slider phone much like the N95. It appears to have a 5 megapixel camera which will be covered by a sliding lens for better protection. The one in the middle is the 5800 XpressMedia which looks really iPhone-like is rumored to be a 3.2 inch touch screen with lots of wireless and 3G capabilities. And it has the Vodafone logo on. When is that baby coming to its rightfull owners, us, the customers? The third one is the N79 looks like an N81. Is it similar? Both the N85 and N79 are marked N00 as they are prototypes for now. Hopefully all these three smartphones will get released soon so we can take a better look at them.
